We Started as Parents, Just Like You

Little Bloom began in a messy kitchen in Bristol, England — a sleep-deprived mum, a stack of contradictory baby books, and a laptop propped on a high chair.

We couldn't find a parenting resource that felt honest, warm, and actually helpful without being preachy. So we built one.

From a Blog Post to a Community of Thousands

In 2019, our founder Emma wrote a single blog post about navigating colic. It went viral in a parenting Facebook group. Within a week, 8,000 people had read it.

That was the moment she realised there was a gap — parents were starving for content that felt like it came from another parent at the kitchen table, not a textbook or a influencer pitch.

Today, Little Bloom is a team of writers, paediatricians, child development researchers, and — most importantly — real parents who've lived through the difficult moments we write about.

Every article goes through a fact-check. Every recommendation is grounded in evidence. But we never forget that parenting is also emotional, messy, and deeply personal.

"Every parent deserves to feel confident, supported, and less alone — regardless of their background, budget, or parenting style."

— Emma Clarke, Founder of Little Bloom
